At Move Zone, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly and reliably. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.
1. Order Processing
• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
• You’ll receive a notification once your order has shipped, including tracking information.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
• Flat Rate Shipping: A flat shipping fee of $4.99 applies to all orders. Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days.
• International Shipping: Shipping costs for international orders vary by location. Estimated delivery within 10-20 business days.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier availability, weather, or other unforeseen factors.
3. Order Tracking
• Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email to monitor your shipment’s progress.
• Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after receiving your link.
4. Shipping Restrictions
• Currently, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and some international locations. For specific restrictions, please check our list of restricted countries at checkout or reach out to us.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
• Move Zone is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. However, if an issue arises with your delivery, please contact our support team at info@movezone.co, and we’ll work to assist you in resolving the matter.
